E3D Volcano Nozzle Hardened steel
Hardened steel nozzles are good utility nozzles, suitable for abrasive filaments such as wood fills, glitter fills and metal fills. Even glow-in-the-dark filaments will abrade brass so our Hardened Steel nozzles are a great, lower-cost option when you can’t stretch to a Nozzle X. Rated to a maximum temperature of 500°C. Please note this nozzle is not suitable for printing abrasive filaments at temperatures above 350°C.

Durable hardened steel nozzles for your Volcano HotEnd add-on. 3D printing with abrasives such as carbon fiber, glow-in-the-dark PLA or even filled filaments such as Woodfill all take their toll on brass nozzles. E3D’s Hardened Steel nozzles will resist wear and last a lifetime. Requires a HotEnd modified with a Volcano. Compatible with the Lulzbot Moarstruder.
