Installationsvejledning

Overvejelser
Når du printer filament med en varmeafledningstemperatur under 60℃ (såsom PLA, PVA, TPU), skal hotbed-temperaturen indstilles til over 45℃, og det anbefales at åbne frontglasset og fjerne den øverste glasafdækning for at undgå varmeindtrængning, der kan få materialet til at blødgøre, hvilket kan føre til unormal ekstrudering eller tilstopning.
Automatisk kalibrering af flowhastigheden anbefales ikke, da LIDAR kan have svært ved at læse printoverfladen korrekt, og kalibreringen kan påvirkes.
Rengør regelmæssigt printoverfladen med opvaskesæbe og varmt vand for at fjerne støv eller fedtrester, som kan forhindre god vedhæftning.
Rengør ikke den teksturerede PEI med acetone, da det kan beskadige PEI-overfladen.
Vent altid et par minutter, inden du fjerner printede modeller for at lade dem køle ned, så de nemt kan fjernes.

Considerations
- Increasing heatbed temperature enhances adhesion. Users need to adjust the temperature of the heatbed based on their specific requirements in order to achieve the most suitable level of adhesion.
- Deposition of dust and grease on the build plate decrease adhesion. It is recommended to regularly clean the surface with detergent and water to to maintain best adhesion.
- Do not clean the Textured PEI with Acetone, as it will damage the PEI surface.
- Always wait for a few minutes before removing printed models to allow the plate to cool down for easy print removal. This prevents damage to the plate and ensures a long lifetime of the product.
- Carefully sanding the surface with fine-grit (600 was recommended) sandpaper can help restore adhesion.
- The Automatic Calibration for Flow Rate on the Textured PEI Plate it is not as reliable compared to other smooth plates. If you get inconsistent results, we recommend calibrating with a smooth plate.
- The Textured PEI plate is considered a consumable part, which will degrade over time. The warranty will only cover manufacturing defects, not cosmetic damage like scratches, dents, or cracks. Defective sheets upon arrival are the only ones covered by the warranty.
